No, they do have pick Nik tables outside you can sit at. Unfortunately they are Erie County. Their food is delicious!!
Great breakfast food
If i remember right yes they do
was disappointing...listed all you can eat...not available...had to sit in a fold up chair next to the doorway/stop area not 3 feet distancing ....ice cream machine way running 3 times for about 5 minuets per run...louder than a helicopter only 5 feet away... VERY DISAPPOINTED...
Best food and pies in Erie Pennsylvania and the staff are awesome
They are evil. They have these luscious desserts right out front tempting you as you walk in. The rest of the menu is good also though leaning heavily toward the fried side. Decor theme is neat. Your taste buds will thank you, your waistline not so much.
Very cool place for the location. Don’t judge it by the outside. It looks kinda dingy. But the food is good. And inside, they go out of their way to create a nostalgic diner feel. There are juke boxes and old photos and the old counter, etc. They do a great job with their resources. The food is very reasonably priced.
Darned good food at reasonable prices. Conveniently located just outside of Union City, though a bit dangerous access off of Route 8. Their wide variety of retro food combined with retro music makes this a fun and enjoyable place to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Appearance isn't much outside, but great food, at a good price. I've had breakfast frequently and will be back for lunch eventually.
Not bad, kind of cold inside? I think it used to be a garage back in the day if I remember right. But the food was really good! The French toast is massive and I did not need 4 pieces oh man. The service was pretty good, the waitress seemed tired. Poor kid, working in food service sucks.
Had the steak salad. Very good! Staff was friendly and very attentive.
We had a party of 12. We had amazing service. The food was served hot and good as ever. They are all so friendly there. It is a favorite of ours
Good food...good service. The spinach and feta salad was really good. The blueberry cheesecake was very yummy. The service was top notch.
It's okay but I was disappointed the last time I was there. They use to have really good chicken and dumplings, but I think it is a Thursday special. I will go back on the Thursday just to see about the chicken and dumplings
I had breakfast here for the first time. Very good breakfast sandwich and home fries!
Such a great little surprise ! This is the cutest little diner and the food is great ! They have a large selection of choices AND the prices are very reasonable. All desserts are home- made- like grandma used to make ! Good service, all wrapped up in a bit of nostalgia. This is a go- back-to-the-50's neatest restaurant - enjoy a hamburger and old- fashioned milkshake while watching "I Love Lucy" reruns and listening to Elvis Presley tunes !
Good food n prices
Fantastic experience. Hot, fresh and real homestyle food. Cookie cutter restaurants can't come close. Love the atmosphere and the gluten free pies are amazing.
So let me tell you about my amazing Retro story! Just a day ago I contacted Retro and asked them if they could make a special pie for my son Michael’s birthday. Michael really loves their “chocolate peanut butter thunder pie”. It is absolutely amazing! They were able to have it done and Michael went up Retro this morning picked it up. Many thanks to Debi and the staff at Retro for helping to make Michael‘s birthday a “deliciously special occasion”!
Foods over priced be and tohonest not very good. The workers are great but management not so much. Could be much better.
Friendly staff. Hot coffee. So many choices!
Great food and great service. Love the "retro" atmosphere.
I had the prime rib and it was very flavorful. Will definitely go back.
I really enjoyed the food the first time I ate here. I had a a bad experience the second time ( moldy bread) but ended up taking my son, granddaughter and daughter in law for lunch another day. That was ok. Today my husband and 2 children went and we had a bad experience. Hair in my food and our waiter didn’t off napkins and was a bit disconnected. When I asked how everything was I mentioned that we had hair in our food and it was ignored. That to me seems weird. So I don’t think we will be eating there again. ☹️
They have an all you can eat breakfast until 11AM every day for $7.99. They also have fresh made pies daily and also have a friendly staff along with the feel of the early '60s.
Great food, nice diner style. A little small but very good. I'm anxious to try the breakfasts! Laid back diner style!
Luv the food and PIE Very friendly
Very good breakfast, large amount of food, good price. Very good service. Will go back again soon.
This is a really good quality restaurant with very comparable prices. The food is homemade quality. They even made their own desert pies! Very nice!!
Very good food, and the prices are not bad...
Typical retro type of restaurant. Prices are OK, not cheap but not expensive either. It just depends on what you get. Chicken and biscuits $7.99.. Decent.. Drinks are almost $3.. Not so cheap. If you like chicken, I recommend the honey dipped 3 piece chicken dinner $10.99. It is good. Place is kept very clean. No real complaints.
Quick stop, had chicken strips and fries and mozzarella strips. Food was very good and the pies looked amazing. Great little retro spot. Very friendly and clean. We will stop again.
Amazing as always. Fast great service. Excellent service perfectly cooked. All u can eat breakfast my favorite meal. Best prices around. I look forward to coming on vacation to go out go eag with my family at the Retro Dinor. It's the best. I recommend it to everyone.
A real gem... Retro style! Stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The steak salad was delicious. The right amount of steak, French fries, and the sweet onion dressing, amazing. And they have homemade pies. Will definitely be stopping back!
First time there had prime rib it was GREAT
I had hamburger melt very good. Wife had chicken strip basket not so good. Very little chicken in a couple of pieces. Fries where good. Waitress was very friendly and nice but never came back to see if we need more drinks. Was a bit pricey for what we got. I will say I have eaten lunch here during the week and have gotten the all you can eat soup and salad the soups are excellent.
I’m an out of towner who was visiting my friend at Canadohta Lake last weekend. I loved it here. We all had the fish and chips special. Seriously delicious. Staff were friendly and FYI adhered to the whole Covid protocol. I was happy to give them my business.
Fantastic Food at a great price. The service is the best. Everyone is super helpful. Check out their pies and all you can eat breakfast.
It's cute. Most of the food is all homemade. Burgers are very greasy. Waitress was nice.
Nostalgic atmosphere through decor and music. Uniquely labeled menu that covers a range of tastes
This place is, without a doubt, THE best little restaurant in Erie county. I haven't eaten anything I didn't like. Keep up the good work Deb!!!! OH!!!! You've GOT to try the prime rib soup. OMG DELICIOUS!!!!!
Great food clean nice staff
Our waitress was on the ball here, and super friendly! The retro vibe is do fun. And the food was amazing! We will be back soon!
Retro is a really good diner, considering the town and area it is in. The decor inside is a throwback to 1950s style diners. There is a lot of antique Coca-Cola merchandise, and you will often find I Love Lucy episodes playing on a TV inside. Their breakfasts are very good and their pies are some of the best in the area. you've got to try their chocolate peanut butter thunder pie. It is out of this world! another good thing about it is that there is almost never a wait and the servers are always attentive.
Very cool diner with a great atmosphere, food and service.
I love the old time music tv shows and pictures. The all you can eat breakfast is a huge hit. Its served hot fresh to order not buffet style. The staff are always smiling happy and go above and beyond to make the experience great. The prime rib is awesome!!
Great service, great selection, great tasting food. Add to that, very fair prices. I want to try the razzleberry pie for sure! I'd go back again and again.
We love the atmosphere took us back in time. The food and dessert especially the homemade Cheesecake was to die for. One meal was enough for two! Good place for Friday night date night.
Always good hot food. Thanks for the great food today
Food was great and we loved the prices and selection. Drive out there was beautiful as well. Get there early if you want a good selection of pies. Only suggestion would be to put something on the bottom of the chairs; they make an awful sound on the floor.
Such a cool place! Food was very good and top notch service. Loved the gluten free dessert options.
When at camp always stop for here breakfast and wonderful service a must to check out
Worth the trip. The Fonzi melt is the best! Awesome food, friendly staff. Would be even better if located near Presque Isle. Always 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
